Three ways to prepare for the Costume Ball

Please find a detailed description of the 3 options below with the links for registering.

Option 1- You want to attend the workshop(s) preparing for the ball to be held in the week 21th to 27th of April 2025 but you do not wish to dance at the Costume Ball.

---> First of all, you enroll as a member

1. If you understand French language or if you have a translation tool (such as Google’s one for example), please take out your membership : here 
2. If not, please send your full name, postal address, email address, mobile phone number to chestnut.cecilelaye@orange.fr and you will pay by Paypal.

Then register for the PREPARING FOR THE COSTUME BALL (PCB) workshops according to your level (Intermediate or advanced level). Please note that registration will close on February 11th, 2025 at midnight. We cannot accept registration and payement after that date. Thank you.

As soon as you are registered, we will send you the videos.

Option 2* – You want to prepare for and take part in the Costume Ball on May 11th, 2025 attending the workshops in the week 21th to 27th of April 2025 and you will attend the rehearsal the day before the ball on May 10th.

Then register for the PREPARING FOR THE COSTUME BALL (PCB) workshops according to your level (Intermediate or advanced level). Following your registration for the workshops, we will send you the link to register for the costume ball. Please note that registrations (preparing + costume ball) will close on February 11th, 2025 at midnight. We cannot accept registration and payement after that date. Thank you.

As soon as you are registered for the costume ball, we will send you the videos

*---> Please note: we do our utmost to ensure that each dancer has an enjoyable time and that is why all the sets are made up and fixed during the workshops. Even so, we cannot guarantee that every dancer who has prepared for the ball will have a place in a set for each and every dance. It may happen, but it can’t be guaranteed.

Option 3** - You want to take part in the Costume Ball on May 11th, 2025 but not attend the workshops, just prepare using the videos. It is possible but :

1. only for the intermediate-level dances
2. and on condition of being registered for the costume ball.

Please note that you must attend the rehearsal the day before the ball on May 11th, 2025.
